Depends on how it is shipped and what it is. I usually recieve it via usps but sometimes it is sent via ups or fedex or the like and they MAY request a signature but usually not, the signature is only if it is something valuable that requires that the reciever recieves it personally...ie electronics like computers for example.

Depends on the payment method. Depends on the shipping method. Depends on the final auction price.

For anything over $250 PayPal requires sellers to get signature delivery confirmation, or they lose all sellers protection. same for shipping to a confirmed address. If you pay by MO or CC signature delivery confirmation may be avoided. Not smart, but avoidable.

In most cases it comes in the mail. However, each seller has its own shippping method. For example, they offer ground and media shipping. By paying a little extra you can get priority. And some do offer overnight with Fed Ex.

It depends on what the seller chose as the delivery method. Some sellers require signatures and others don't. Send them a message and ask.

Shipping method is up to the sender. If you have to sign for it or not is also up to the sender.
