There no size it is "supposed" to be at 14. Guys start puberty at different ages, and go through it at different rates, so penis size at 14 can vary a lot.
The AVERAGE adult male is 5.5 to 6.5 inches. 90% of all men fall into that range. So, in answer to your question, your penis size is ALREADY in the range of an adult male, so you are doing just fine. It is probably going to grow a bit more, so you should be a happy camper!
