How would you describe a person of Low Intellect

Itellect is the ability to reason, which doesn't necessarily involve education which, not unlike Mama's chicken soup, might not help but 'couldn't hoit'...

Intellect is something that anyone can obtain I believe its just a matter of choice and wanting knowledge. The brain is a muscle the more you you it the better it works. So if I was to look at anyone with a low intellect I would describe them as being sloth.

I think I would describe them as someone who spells Psychology like "Pcychology"
