I still ate the burger cuz I paid for it

But I swear it tasted funky

I'm pretty sure it was some little punk kid, I saw him doing something through the drive through window

It was the same person that took my order at the window before

I called him a dumbass for dropping my credit card but he had it coming

---

Should I go complain to the manager?

Or should I file a lawsuit?

What should I do? I have no proof except for the 3 pales of barf I puked up

Don't just talk to the manager go through corporate you will have a better chance a getting settlement for the situation, they will do everything in their power tjo keep you from filing a lawsuit.

It wouldn't hurt to consult a lawyer, was anyone with you when you bought the burger? How about when you were sick later?

FOR ONE YOU SHOULD HAVE NOT EATEN THE FOOD.
I DON'T CARE IF YOU PAID FOR IT OR NOT. YOU HAVE
NO IDEA ON WHAT THAT PERSON MAY OR MAY NOT
HAVE. AND I ALSO UNDERSTAND YOU ARE NOT SURE
IF THAT PERSON DID OR NOT. AND IT WOULD BE HARD
TO PROVE THAT TO THE MANAGER, THAT IS WHEN
YOU SHOULD REPORT THE PLACE TO THE HEALTH
DEPARTMENT AND LET THE INSPECTORS TAKE CARE
OF THE PLACE. EVEN IF YOU HAVE TO COME UP
WITH SOME BOGUS REPORT.... LIKE THERE WAS
A RAT RUNNING BY WHERE YOU WERE SITTING OR
A ROACH ON THE TABLE WHILE YOU WERE
SITTING THERE.. OR ANYTHING ELSE YOU CAN THINK
OF.... JUST GET THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT OUT
THERE...........

It's a little too late to do anything, you ate your proof. You should have never ate it if you had suspected anything to be wrong with it you should have checked it first, took it back in an made a complaint. But I guess after you call someone names for making an human error i really wouldnt want to go back inside and have to face them either.

Did he charge you for the extra spit? If not then you got it free and should be glad. If you complain no American will ever give you anything free again. The best thing to do now is go buy another burger and hope to get more free American spit.

You should do nothing. If you were stupid enough to call the guy a dumbass KNOWING that he would be handling your food and then eating the burger regardless of the fact that you think you saw him spit on it, then you deserve it. It's stupidity like that that warrants the herpes you probably got from that kids saliva, you gross bastard.

That was you first mistake calling him a dumb-***. I don't think anyone of us goes to your car wash and calls you a dumb-***. People need to treat people nicely. that maybe why he did do that.

As for the complaint it is too late. You should of have kept the burger and took it to get analyzed.

It is against the law to spit in a customer food. Someone did get prison time for it.

honestly you can't do anything because you already ate the food. if you suspected something you shouldn't have ate it, you shouldn't have even left the place. all you can do now is not eat there again or go back order something else and see if he does it again and catch him then go to the manager.

Nothing. you can't prove anything cause you ate the evidence. Y would you eat something that you suspect has been tampered with. Did you at least check it first?
