Has anyone read "School's Out" by Chris Dufosse? What happened and what's the ending?

I would like the major plot details. Spoilers welcome!

I would love to read the whole book to find out what happens, but unfortunately (1) I can't afford the book right now and (2) it isn't in at the library. I'm getting flamed for asking, but short of sitting in a Borders or B&N and reading the entire book (as a former bookseller, I consider this stealing), I don't have any other option at the moment. Hence, I'm asking anyone who has read the book for the rest of the plot and ending. Barbed commenters need not take the time to reply.
