Ok i am not a guy but I will answer anyway. If I were a guy and those were my choices, I would have to go to jail. I couldn't kill myself.
But, my plan would be this......I walk in the first day and look for the biggest Mother F...... I could find and knock the crap out of him. It would probably start a riot but I would knock him around enough to get sent to solitare and when I got out, I would do the same thing again. better to get the crap kicked out of me then the alternative.......Just a thought

1. You may have over-rated your attractiveness. I think even prisoners have standards.
2. This invalidates the notion that most men are straight given the frequency that this happens.
3. If you are making this choice, you are likely hurting fellow citizens in the community and I care not what happens to you inside.
4. For me, I wouldn't be in the situation. For you, hope they use lube and take your punishment like a man.

He's not going to jail for shooting himself. He's going to jail for the potential harm he could have done to others with the reckless discharge of a firearm.

Killing your self is selfish. you take your life to end your misery and put it on your loved ones. Go to jail( the rape thing is a stero type but do keep a eye out)
