My Vonage phone service is low quality because every time somebody calls me or when I call somebody the person keeps telling me can u hear me, i cant hear u and then it comes back 5 seconds later the problem keeps coming. Its like my vonage phone service may be glitchy or something?
My computer is working perfectly
My Wireless Router is working perfectly Its a Linksys Wireless-G Broadband Router with 2 phone ports ( WRTP54G )
My modem is 3 years old and i never heard of the brand called Home Connect Cable Modem
Also my internet provider is Comcast

Vonnage requires at least 100 mb connection upstream. That is most likely that is the problem. Downloadig or uploading anything at all at athe same time is also a factor. I dont know what Comcast guarantees but most just guarantee download speeds.

so it sounds like your using Voip which is not a good service to start with,
just use your phone as it should be used (with out the computer)
