i've just gone back on the pill after a 3 month break. I'm getting all the early symptoms again e.g. spot bleeding. Any way I can stop it? It's driving me mad

It's because your body is trying to adjust to being back on the pill but I would recommend getting in touch with your dr to see what they think about this. In the mean time try upping the level of iron that you take in now by eating things like spinach, raisins, and peanut butter (if not allergic to peanuts of course).

Unfortunately this is your body readjusting to be on the pill. The only way you might be able to stop it is to ask your doctor for a different type of pill...but you may have the same problem with it as well. After the first 3 months, the spotting should stop, but if it doesn't, then your doctor should try a different type of pill for sure.

I would go back and see your doctor, i know spotting is a common side effect, but maybe that pill isnt the best one for you, there are many different variations, the same thing happened to me, and i changed and i havent had spotting since!
