greys will be back for sure but what i heard is that george wont be comming back he quit. and there are rumors that dr burk wont be on either but not sure about that either

T.R. Knight still has a contract with ABC and Grey's anatomy. He will be back, but no idea what his role will be (though the look on his face when the pretty girl he shook hands with introduced herself as Lexie Grey...who knows...he might choose to repeat his intern year).
Washington (Dr. Burke) will also be back as he still has a contract with ABC and Grey's Anatomy. Again, how he will return and what will happen there is still anyone's guess.

The show will definitely be back, but as for George I don't know. I just seen on the news a few days ago, that he doesn't know if he will be back yet, since he fluncked his medical license.
If he had a 3 year contract, you know he would be back. I would think he would be back for a couple of episodes anyway.
But, what I seen, he himself said, "I don't know if I'll be back yet, I'm still waiting to find out."

Yes and Yes. All contracts were locked down and extended when everyone got upset about the spin off. The network is doing all it can to keep the main characters under contract and on the show.

There will be a fourth season and I read soimewhere that TR Knight has three more years on his contract so he'll be back too.
