When i tell her she is being mean about it. What should i Do???

Her mom knows and when i confront her she say " You told me i didn't need it." she gets all mad at me when i tell her.Please Help!!!

Thats pretty typical. It is a viscous circle for the person and everyone (especially loved ones) around her/him.
If you can handle it, understand that she doesnt wish to be mean and probably doesnt even know she is. Be patient and loving and be there for her. Just let her know that you may not always be so understanding.

Be careful about the side effect of antidepressant.Make sure need a appointment with a doctor or not? Is she a bipolar?

If she is over 18 she would have to make the decision to start taking them again. If she gets suicidal she can be forced to go inpatient.

Depression frequently manifests itself in anger or "being mean". Try to talk her into going back on her meds.

Please ask her to go back and see her doctor. She's come off her medication too soon instead of gradually ending it. This happened to a good friend of mine also, but she got help for it. Unfortunately she has realise this herself.
