I won't be suprised if Hiliary does try to implement more anti-gun legislation. I not the type of person who believes all I hear I go out and research a lot. Some countries like Japan have no guns and almost no crime. England has strict gun laws with high crime while Switzerland, Israel, and Finland have leniant gun laws with almost no crime. What makes gun haters think that in our country simply banning guns automatically eliminates crime it's the dumbest argument I've ever heard and people like Feinstein, Clinton, and Sarah Brady just play off societies emotions after a tragedy!

Not necessarily.
The Supreme Court is the ultimate arbiter of any laws that infringe upon the Second Amendment.
Though left wingers like Clinton may try to get stricter laws, I think that the balance of the Court has shifted to the right.
This MAY strike down any new legislation.

Unless you can explain to me how one Supreme Court Justice can ban all guns in all states I will have to conclude that this is just a matter of conservative ignorance shining through. Let the delusional, hysterical right wing blather begin!

I don't think that would happen. I agree with your assessment of the current political membership, but I think that if they start to play around with the 2nd admendment, you will find that most citizens in this nation will not stand for any changes. There is a strong anti-gun lobby out there, but the pro-gun lobby is much, much stronger and all of them have not been heard from...yet.

I'm sure Senate Republicans will filibuster, & there are some rational justices on the Supreme court, but lets hope Hildabeast doesn't get elected.

Only if they want to start a civil war. I heard a good quote one time, "The only difference between a democracy and dictatorship is the right to bear arms."-Unknown
What it means is that with millions of people having weapons in this country, they would be crazy to try to take away that right. And if they did they would be come a dictatorship or communist country because no one could stand up to them. But as long as the people are armed they could not take over the country like the communists they are.

Dude -
Ur fundamental Rights given to u by ur Creator (in my case that would b my God given Rights) were here before the Govt, as many, many, many justicies of the sup crt have stated, ur Rights supercede the govts. The Constitution(s) ARE NOT for us. It's the rules for the Govt. If they got rid of the 2nd Amendment - it doesn't affect Americans at all. We have the fundamental Right to do whatever the hell we want, as long as we don't injure or interfer w/ another's Rights. END OF STORY!
as far as 'being a man' - that has nothing to do w/ it. I have the God Given Right to protect myself w/ the same weapons my Govt has - Guns are our Right - in case the Govt gets to big, starts terrorising its Master ('We the people) and thus needs to be dismantled. That's what Guns r for - besides eating of course.
hope this helps -

No, it's not. Why? Because there are many more important issues on a president's agenda than your gun (believe it or not).
This, kids is what we call (say it with me now): a "WEDGE ISSUE"). Guns, abortion, gay marriage... they're all issues that are trotted on on even numbered years to make you afraid to vote for the best candidate. Your pundits (Rush, Hannity, Coulter, etc... ) scare you to death by telling you that those nasty libs want to take away your guns and give them to terrorists. Get a grip. Nobody wants to take away your gun.

Doubt it. A lot of folks won't relinquish firearms without a fight, myself included. That's like the final warning that government has grown to the point of tyranny.
I think folk -- like Regina there -- have forgotten the reason for the inclusion of the second amendment.
