for breakfast, EAT LIKE A KING
for lunch, EAT LIKE A PRINCE
+ for dinner, EAT LIKE A HOMELESS PERSON

Holy crap, YES, youre eating too little. Thats not good. You arnt eating any veggies?

Youre breakfast is fine, youre lunch needs a veggie and dont just each beef, white meat is way better for you, and your dinner, ISNT a dinner. You need a meat, a veggie, and have the fruit if you want. You know you can eat more without gaining weight.

Id change things up if I were you. Dont take your health for granted. Im living proof, that you can screw up your digestive system. Like one of the ppl said here, your hair WILL start falling out, cuz youre not consuming the proper nutrients....and not enough of them.*

No offense but that's kind of an obvious question. Also your little meals are very unhealthy because you aren't getting all your important groups and nutrients. You're missing your vegetables, grain and dairy products, which could lead to serious health complications. My advice, eat more and make sure it's in a wider variety.

Yes, you're not eating enough calories and you're missing many essential nutrients. For example, you really need to get some veggies into your diet as well as some dairy. You're getting protein in your beef, but to vary the source of your protein would also likely benefit you.

Remember that if you consume too few calories, your body will go into starvation mode and will store fat. In other words, you will not lose weight. I'm assuming that your goal is weight loss, so please consider making some changes.

YES! Do you want end up like models who cant even stand on their own feet... soon you wont be able to hold a slice of bread if you keep that up.
Eat more fuller three meals a day e.g Meat,fruit,veges and treat yourself to chocolate,pizza or ice-cream every once in a while.
But I congratulate you on finding time to add beef to your meal

Oh yeah!!! I had 2 kiwi's during my lunch, not as a whole meal! You need to eat at least 1200 calories a day.

Depends on how you feel. I presume you are on a diet.

Instead of eating like an anorexic, combine full meals with exercise.

What an unsafe diet - do yourself a favour and do a little research on nutrition and health before you embark on some other fad that will damage your body and health

you know you are. If you have an eating disorder you need to seek professional help. My sister had one, and had to see a councellor for ages to get over it. she is ok now. what are your reasons for eating such foods???? You are a beautiful woman whatever you think, and you can come to terms with whatever is making you eat like this. I do hope you get the help you deserve. take care.
