Leaving the only one who has only really ever loved me for me. Consequently he took his own life later on that year.

Nothing. Life is too short to dwell on regrets.

Capitalization you will see is only for emphasis. I am not shouting.

I will have NO regret for any amount of my life. This is a long answer, but honest.

Well, of course there is always guilt I have over doing something or perhaps even wanting what or whomever I cannot get the attention of or maybe even a possession of, though next to attention, I seek time.

Now, as far as regret goes, I honestly refuse to have any regrets. Seriously I refuse to have ANY regrets.

This is a bit preachy but I'm just stating what I feel I need to. :-)
Bare with me, please...lol.

It is my belief that there are lessons within ALL our life's
experiences, no matter what the circumstances and no matter what the situations, storm, tests, trials, etc. we are facing. It is my belief that if God sees us into whatever "it" is, God will surely see us on out of it, even if at the result of our death. I say this feeling it's because God has us, and is there for us, whether we acknowledge or even recognize God or not. I cannot believe God leaves us, however I do believe oftentimes people do leave behind God, some go as far as
simply finding it inconceivable that such an entity exists, but
speaking for myself, God is real in my life and what I speak of as my beliefs, I arrived at by experience and witnessing ALOT in my life.

I believe there in life there are lessons AT EVERY TURN. There will be those lessons we'll be taught JUST AS there will times we will teach others lessons, and sometimes we will find ourselves learning just by being observant and by being patient as well as quiet while letting God do the completion of what we, in our humanness, have
begun with the strength we found within ourselves which enabled us to reach out and ask for and receive help.

Every experience has as much a meaning, as much a purpose, and reason as every life God gives does, and as God is who I consider author of life and creator of all that exist, I believe has pre-destined EVERYTHING but thing is, God leaves things to be revealed to us. We're the ones discovering mysteries, I feel it is God who leaves us
to solve them, but God does so in a way that reminds me at least, that I have help from God above, first and foremost, because I cannot help myself until God strengthens me.

I deal with disappointment and dismay as I would anything else. I first pray and talk to God because God understands things I cannot. God knows why I take issues the way I do, God knows why I act, do, say, think, as I do even when I ask God "Why am I?" God knows ALL so I pray and talk to God first. I may or may not talk to family or friends after but God knows best, because God created me in God's own
image. While people may find this or that wrong with me, God finds me in the way God needs me to for God's own glorification, honor, meaning, praise, purpose, reason, thanks, and worship as God will get.

God knows I'm human and will go through many range of emotion but God knows God intended me to, it's part of that Master Plan. God knows I can handle it, and surrender anything I can't to God because God knows God can trust me, and trust that I give God due trust also. That's why I am sure God smiles on me.

Not speaking out more forcefully when two former friends told me of their spousal abuse against their wives. Shock paralyzed what should have been a verbal thrashing of the cowards.

Meeting my ex. Having had his child, I am stuck with his annoying input until at least my daughter moves out. Even at that, I will still have to deal with him.
