Every so often, my elbows seem to randomly click and it has got to the point where they actually hurt now. I naturally have loose joints but this has never happened before. It has been happening for about 3 weeks now.

Any suggestions?

Talk to your doctor and be reassured first. Then you may wish to visit a health shop where they may suggest herbal remedies to help you. Clicking is not uncommon but if it persists, it could be the early signs of arthritis or something more serious. And it should never hurt.

I seem to think that its a type of gas that collects in the joint..... The same as when you crack your fingers. I don't know if thats right or not... Take cod liver oil....That,ll do the trick.

Go to the doctor and you might be popping your elbows(like how you can pop your knuckles).

As you get older, if you have not lived healthily, things wear out.
