Cellulite is lumpy fat, often found on the asses and thighs of larger women. Especially ones that sit around all day gabbing on a cell phone.

Cellulite: In the body each cell holds chemical and water wrapped in a membrane. In fact, medically, cellulite is not considered abnormal . It is just a discription for a fatty deposit of tissue.

Regarding cellular phones, when a geographic area is broken into small areas, these are known as cells.

Are you trying to say what's the difference between cellular and a cell phone? Cell phone is short for cellular phone.Or is this a riddle? If not, cellulite is the dimply stuff on your thighs or bum...hehe...
