I have two questions:
1. When somone has OFFICIAL on green under their picture, does that mean that they are the person they say they are, like a celebrity?
2. I forgot how to make someone a contact, or be a fan, could someone remind me?

Official makes someone an official member of Y!A. Kind of like a team member really. To make someone your contact just click on their picture and you should see a little popup that says add as a contact. Good luck.

I don't know about the official part but to make someone a contact just move the cursor over their picture and when the box pops up just click on add contact.
