Yes. She looks like trust me but then it is like I got one pulled over on you. It isn't a good smile, its a total fake smile.

Insane? Maybe. Occasionally she seems demonic.

I sometimes expect her head will turn around 360 degrees, like in the exorcist.

But you know what the real truth is? Her "handlers" have obviously counseled her to be effusive in her laughter and when she smiles (if you can call it that). Typically, she looks like a bitter shrew, so they have her mug for the camera to compensate.

Addendum: I was thinking more about this question and two people came to mind who would seem to have nothing in common: Sammy Davis Jr. and former Chilean dictator, August Pinochet. When Sammy Davis Jr. was popular, a lot of people commented on how irritating it was how he smiled just a little two much, and his laughter was so phony and forced. This is how Hillary is. Her emotions are not genuine. Her real personality is a lot more like Angela Landsbury's ruthless, devious, manipulative character in "The Manchurian Candidate".

Regarding Hillary's horrific smiles and forced laughter, it reminds me of when Chilean Dictator Augusto Pinochet was forced to allow free elections. He ran as a candidate. His advisors told him the average Chilean could not identify with him, as he appeared to have been born in a formal Brioni suit, so they dressed him up in.......... jeans. This awkward attempt at looking like the common man was absolutely hilarious, and somewhat pathetic.

Since I do not want to make light of those with mental illness .. I will just say.. I think she has a wicked smile ..which ..if you take my first sentence ..you can substitute "insane" ..with the word " wicked "..
Thankfully ..we have a LOT MORE to go on re: candidate Hillary..and don't have to rely on her facial features ..Her record speaks for itself ..

When I see Hillary I always envision her on a balancing ball. Saying something, changing her mind, trying to explain herself. It's exhausting.

I really don't lilke to judge people on their looks. However, her smile is most insincere.

No, but some times the photo is unfavorable.
Have you heard that old saying, "Smile! It makes people wonder what you're up to!)? My thought is, people who do smile probably are trying to manipulate you or to gain your trust (like used car salesmen, etc.)

She has a sort of hateful, insane look, but that may be because she is a self admitted lesbian. Everyone knows that she is a dishonest liar, and that may give her that look also.
