What is urine? It is a by-products of everything that enters your body, food and fluids. So if you have a lot of sugary pineapple drink, chances are your urine will come out thick and on hitting the water will froth. You can be well hydrated on pineapple juice but still have dark urine. The color is a reflection of what you are eating and digesting, but if you drink eight glasses of water a day, it will dilute the color.

When your pee is clear it means that your body is trying to get rid of excess water. It comes out clear because your body doesnt need it and just passes it straight out. With the dehydrated part Ive heard and had it happen a couple of times, is when your urine is cloudy.

The darker yellow your pee is the more water and fluids you should drink. The lighter it is you are doing things right. Your body also feels different when you are dehydrated.

Pee is different colors because of how many neutrints you get. you can tell if you are dehydrated by pinching your skin and if it doesn't go down quickly then you are dehydrated.
