i was at practice and i think i hyper-extended my leg and i jammed my knee. i walked it off and everything was fine but then i had to play in goal the next day at practice because i was the goalie. then i tried kneeling down to get the ball and i couldnt even do it because a shooting pain went through my leg. i kept playing because i wouldnt do that to my team and then it went away so there was no pain but i rejammed it the same way and it went back to the way it was. pain shooting up my leg. now when when i walk sometimes there is a discomfort on the outside of my knee and there sometimes is popping and i can feel it. i am going back to the doctor in like june but i was wondering if anyone knows whats wrong with it. and i also think it may have to be popped back in place.

Hyper-extended means just that, you have 'stretched' muscles, ligaments beyond where they are supposed to go. You now need to rest, allow them to heal.

You could have done some kind of damage to the knee itself by knocking it out of place or you may have torn a ligament. Either way, you need to see a doctor now, not in June. You certainly shouldn't be playing any kind of sport with an injured knee.
