My best friend i have know each other for three yrs. and we are always together but she gets upset if a guy talks to me and not her then she goes and flirts with them when they go to talk to me.i really don't know what to do.

talk to her about it. if she is your best friend as you say you should be able to talk about anything that is bothering either of you and resolve it.

Maybe she jealous of the guy not you. Maybe she flirts with guys to make you jealous.

maybe she doesnt know how to carry on a three way conversation. keep the topics less personal or private and include input and ask her opinions etc.
