Cheney is always talking about the need for continued troop deployments to Iraq; then the White House today talking about cutting number of troops in Iraq by at least a third by next year. Condi, underscoring the "war on terror" but keeping the door open regarding the always vacillating ideas coming from both men.
It happens often. In fact it has happened several times in the past.
Humm
shall we look at such behavior as some kind of tactic to keep the public as confused as they seem to be?

Cheney's the chickenhawk driving the situation. If he had his way we'd have nuked Iraq, Iran and N. Korea by now.

That is because they all want to be the boss... too many cooks, you know.

And what they have done to America is certainly " a spoiled broth" if you get my meaning!

They seem to be trying to appease different types of people. Or we should just look at it as an attempt to keep people confused.It appears to be working
