IM a HUGE redskins fan, and i was wondering if you guys had any opinions on how the redskins could possibly become the unstoppable juggernaut the team looks like on paper.

One thing about the Redskins is that the owner is not afraid to spend some money to get good players. But, they are having trouble getting a coaching staff that can get them to play together. Gibbs was an awsome coach in the 80s, but the game has passed him by, and they have had no luck with coaches over the last 10 years or so. The owner never gives them a chance, he expects them to win the Super Bowl right away, but it takes time. If they don't win, he fires them. The only reason Gibbs is still there is his history and his reputation. You are right, on paper, they look awsome. Kinda like the Patriots, but on paper and on the field are two different things.
Not that it breaks my heart any, I'm a Cowboys fan lol.
May the Patriots crash and burn.

they desperately need two things: continuity and a general manager

every year, the redskins win offseason wars trying to make their team better and all they do is screw up team chemistry and end up with players who perform well below potential, and sacrifice tons of draft picks in the process...none of the players can get used to each other and get a feel for playing as a unit...also, the coaching staff, espeically on the offensive side of the ball, appears to change drastically every year and none of the players can get comfortable in the schemes and coaching styles of the staff because of the constant moving and shaking

also, they need a true general manager because i believe that the game has passed joe gibbs by in terms of player management...they need to bring in a personnel man who can get this team moving in the right direction in the new nfl with the salary cap and free agency, two things gibbs didn't have when he was last the coach/gm

They have an excellent team already. Two star runningbacks. Two decent Recievers plus a probowl tight end. One of the NFL's top defenses. They need aquarterback bad and I was surprised they did not trade up for Jamarcus Russell.

NEEDS: Quarterback, Moral

Everything is on Jason Campbell the QB's shoulders. All the reporter's and NFL people are saying' he look's very good in training camp and min camps. I think if he has a good year the team will do very well and be a play-off team.

They have a good back field and WR, so if Cambell can do his job they will certiantly be fine.

You're a HUGE Redskins fan? You're obviously a masochistic fool, the skins suck and are going to continue to suck.

first a foremost draft picks. you can't build a team without them. they need a better offensive line and a better defense overall. the only positions they are set at are safety and running back. they can use help pretty much everywhere else.
