I think they will overall do pretty good. Yeah i know they cut Jones, but they added Garrett Wolfe and they have Cedric Benson, and Adrian Peterson. Briggs is not for sure playing, but they added Micheal Okwo in the draft if he doesn't play. They added tight end Greg Olsen, who was supposely one of the best tight ends in the draft. It sounds like Rex Grossman is doing pretty good in mini camp. They added Chris Leak. Dont know how good he really is, but hey the more players the better. I hope the bears do well this season. Mike Brown and Tommie Harris are healthy so they will have the D they had at the beginning of last season. Also the bears have won the championship every 22 years since they won the first one and this is 22 years since they won the last one. so if you believe in fate, keep your hopes up!!! Urlacher deserves a SB ring. So i hope they do really good this season.

GO BEARS!!!

I say they go anywhere between 9-7 and 12-4. They have a good shot of winning the NFC North division as long as they dont get sloppy because Green Bay is getting a lot better and looks to be their only real competition.

It will really come down to two factors: Rex Grossman, and their defense. While it was Rex's first full season, next year there will be no more excuses. He's up to speed with the game and his receivers, and now its time to showif last year was just rust, or if he really does play poorly.

Thier defense is spectacular, but with Lance Briggs gone, there goes a big playmaker, and you have to wonder if this is going to cause some distraction. As long as they can perform well like last year, they can be good again.

Bottom Line: They have a great chance to make the playoffs, but they cant lose the "easy" games against weaker teams, Rex Grossman needs to play well, and the defense cant fall apart. Also the loss of Thomas Jones hurts so Cedric Benson better be the real deal or Rex will crumble.

i see them at about 9-7 or 10-6, with a decent chance to repeat as nfc north champs...their offense will go downhill, i think, because cedric benson has not proven he can handle the load by himself, the receiving corps is not very deep, and rex grossman will be facing more pressure than any quarterback in the nfl not named michael vick...their defense will also be weakened by not having lance briggs for at least the first 10 weeks, so they won't have quite the dominant team they did last year...i see an early playoff exit for chicago

i think of they have the makings of sturdy group for an prolonged time. Plax Eli, Jacobs, Bradshaw are all very youthful. Strahan my retire, which ability they'd would desire to reload on D, yet i do no longer see them evaporating the way the Bears did this 300 and sixty 5 days.

The Bears will win the NFC North title again, although it will be tougher than last year. As far as the playoffs go, I think they will get back to the NFC title game, but it's awfully hard to get to the Super Bowl in back to back years.

They slipped a bit and lost some good coaching and have some team issues. I think they'll take the division with 10-6 record and lose the first playoff game.

unfortunatly they will run away with the north again
i dont see many threats to them in the nfc, maybe the seahawks and giants
but they will probably make the super bowl and lose again ... maybe to the patriots
