I don't think so. People tend to mellow out as they get older. Wisdom comes with age, if we're living right anyway. With wisdom comes patience and tolerance.
I used to be much more critical than I am now, of course, I was my own worst critic as well. Interesting how we sometimes project the feelings we have about ourselves onto others.
