Air dry them outside. First place them on a clothes hanger and then hang them from a hook fastened onto a soffit board or the eave of your home or apartment. You can also buy collapsible clothes lines which you can attach to the exterior walls of your home for just such an emergency. Check them out at your local home center or Wal-Mart.

Thin woven fabrics like shirts should dry overnight if you hang them on hangers and keep the fabric loose (not clinging to itself).

Knitted items, like underwear and socks, and heavy items like jeans will take much longer. There's no simple answer for these. Wring them out as best you can and hang them as above. In the morning they will be damper at the bottom than the top, to rehang them and move the damp bottom to the top.

If you can hang them outdoors, and it's not raining, everything will dry much faster.

I can suggest this, Hang them outside, if you can´t then hang them over the bath, leaving the window open for plenty air. For your jean´s and jumper´s roll them in a towel first , this will take most of the water out before you hang them up

In the sun. Don't put them in the oven they'll scorch and be wrinkled. Same for the microwave, they'll burn real fast in there.
