I have lost my instructions book. My bobbin threader won't wind. Any suggestions?

If the motor is running and the belt is spinning, is this the model where you turn the inner wheel to get the spindle going? Do you need a new belt?
Also, if oil has gotten below the surface and collected dust or lint, it can cause a sticky clog, get a long bristle soft brush and dab at it to remove lint and dry up the oil.

Try a new, new needle. Sometimes even needles fresh out of the package are just enough damaged that this happens. Also, make sure the machine is cleaned and lubricated to specifications in the manual. Needles that are too small in size for the thickness of the fabric will skip stitches, as will the wrong point style for the fabric. Will it sew on, say, plain ol' muslin with a size 80/12 sharp needle? If it's still not sewing with an ordinary needle, try a "quilting" needle... if it will stitch with that, then the machine is probably a bit out of time, but you can finish your project.

hmmmm, without more specifics it is hard to guess. Is the clutch released? Is the bobbin pushed all the way down on the holder? Is it threaded correctly for winding?
