Knowing that I'm on the verge of--or that I've just
come to the end of--a very productive day: one
in which I made a some progress towards any
number my personal goals and/or priorities.
But, I can also be happy about a day when noth-
ing at all happened. (The sort of day that wasn't
productive, but one which does not give me any
particular reason to be sad.)

Lots of things make me happy. Seeing my family, playing with my dog, are some. But what really makes me happy is when someone I dont know, smiles at me.

Listening to the Cardinal sing outside my window. At the moment, his song is the only sound breaking the silence.

Being in my garden, watching the wildlife as hedgehogs and baby birds are fun! And communicating with eccentric people of all ages just for the crack!
