Pregnancy tests are not 100% accurate in the first few weeks of pregnancy. Some brands are more sensitive than others, but there has to be enough hCG built up for them to read before they can tell you accurately.
That said, everything you've mentioned COULD be symptoms of pregnancy, although there are other explanations for all of them. Stress can cause headaches and delay your period, as well as causing nausea. A stomach bug could cause nausea and abdominal pain.
I've personally never had abdominal pressure that early in any of my pregnancies; usually it develops as the uterus gets much larger. Abdominal CRAMPING, called "round ligament pain," usually sets in sometime after I think the sixth or seventh week (I'm not positive of the timing), and becomes more frequent and persistent with subsequent pregnancies (in my third, it's an almost daily annoyance!). I'd never describe it as "pressure", though.
The best thing to do is to call your doctor. Describe your symptoms, and ask for a blood test. They are more accurate earlier, since they measure the actual LEVEL of hCG in your body (which isn't produced by you at all, but rather by the baby!) If that comes back negative, then your doctor will start to look for what might be causing the symptoms. It might be nothing, or it might be something serious . . .
Good luck!

WOW, that's a particularly difficult drawback. When she heard the pulse, what did the little one degree and the way rapid was once the beat? It sounds to me like among the ultrasound and the moment clinic discuss with its viable she had a miscarriage. The blood scan that was once given on the clinic simply measures if there's ANY hcg, no longer how a lot. If I have been her, I could name my medical professional and insist an ultrasound. If there's any risk she is having a miscarriage, the document will participate in an ultrasound to verify it. I'm sorry. If it's via a few miracle no longer a miscarriage, please tell us! Good success!

Early in pregnancy the HGC levels can be too low for a pregnancy test to detect. It's possible you're got a false negative. Try calling an advice nurse or checking with your doc. If you're not pregnant, those are some pretty scary symptoms that will need attention.

NO, the HCG is needed. Without it, you will lose the pregnancy.
