I don't want any draws, i want it plain like this but with a width of 36 - 40 inches and also but not necessary, the front top part of the edge should have a curve because i like to rest my arm a lot on the desk.

jeez a simple design like that, just build it. you could use old doors for it. They would need to be solid core doors, not hollow core, If you cut a door, save the bottom or top portion, and insert the inside wood on to the cut part.

It would be pretty much the same thing I have now, only bigger and with more stuff. :P I would have my laptop on it, my printer, my notepad, a basket of candy/chocolate, music and earphones nearby. Dictionary/thesaurus combination. A few other dictionaries around as well. And... a calligraphy set. :P This may sound really odd and weird, but I don't view myself as a full, real writer until I have a calligraphy set. It just reminds me of historical times, when they write like that. Plus, I really love those. I want one. >.> When I have that, I'll feel like a fully, complete writer. :D Not till then. It would be an organized mess. Meaning, it would be neat somewhat and messy somewhat. A bit of both. Only I would know where everything is/was. I would have some food nearby, but that would only be my basket of candy. Which would contain chocolate and smarties. Because I can't write without snacking on something. Mostly smarties. And I might have a pot of coffee nearby as well so I won't have to walk anywhere. XD BQ1: Big. Well, not a huge one, but not a small one either. I have a small one now and it's not enough room. :( I want a good sized one. BQ2: Office. I have mine in the bedroom right now and I did have it in the office room located next to the tv. With that, I get distracted. It's easier in the bedroom, but it's not enough room really in there. I need it's own room. Not a huge room, but enough for me. A private room. Where sound doesn't really get in. And I can have a note to do not destrub me when I'm writing.
