brakes grabbing on 92' new yorker?

brakes grabbing on 92' new yorker?

I changed the rotor, pads caliper,flex line but the right side front brake will stay locked on. What else would cause this ?

Pump the brakes.
Crack the brake line at the master cylinder.
If fluid is under pressure at the master cylinder, then the relieve valve inside the master cylinder is bad.

do you have abs system?did you bleed them correctly?
