It depends. A lot of women in the US still prefer a circumcised penis because it's what they're familiar with and there are taboos and myths surrounding the foreskin.

However, about 70-80% of the world's male population is uncircumcised. Even in the US the circumcision rate is currently around 60% nationally (with rates being much lower/higher depending on the state). Suffice to say most women don't care or prefer the uncircumcised penis, as long as the foreskin and penis are kept clean.

Lastly, there are a few studies that indicate that the foreskin might contribute to the sexual satisfaction/pleasure of both the man and woman (see link). For this reason, some women probably prefer the uncircumcised penis.

Un-like all of the other answerers, I AM NO GIRL, so forgive me answering. The foreskin serves in protecting the glans penis, which is very sensitive to allow for a quick orgasm. If this protective layer is artificially removed, the mucous membrane covering the glans will due to constant over-stimulation kind of get scarred, and in-sensitive. Thus for circumsized guys it SHOULD BE easier to protract their ejaculation until the girl also orgasms; wether they do or not is beyond my knowledge. To put it plainly: Circumsized men on the average "last longer". On the other hand, un-circumsized men put greater effort in pleasing THE GIRL to enjoy the experience of synchronous orgasm. GIRLS (in the USA) tend to think circumcised is better. But WOMEN overwhelmingly prefer an intact penis. So unless you expect to stay 16 forever, you're better off with foreskin than without.

uncircumcized.

Ive had experience with both (my two ex boyfriends were circumcized) and I just find the uncircumcized one a bit more to play with a more easy to pleasure since you dont need lubes and you just slide the skin up and down.

I think especially in america that many people stereotype uncut guys as being dirty. I dont think thats true, its so easy to keep it clean. a vagina is probably harder to keep clean. my boyfriend and I have never had problems with that

however, I think unless the girl is a total *** she wouldnt care. its important to be open minded and try out new things. if it werent for my uncircumcized boyfriend, I would still be thinking that a foreskin is gross
