It started out 28 years ago as a way of *proving myself* to my younger siblings and as a way of getting back at a non-smoker who had hurt me very badly emotionally. Over time, it developed into a habit, albeit a very serious one, and is now an ADDICTION. The worst choice that I ever made was lighting up that first one.....and hard as I have tried I haven*t been able to leave them alone.
It*s as if on about the 3rd day that I start going thru withdrawal type symptoms...and I always succumb because of weak willpower and having no one to support me thru these tedious hours. A pastor friend once told me to think of it this way....ever time I light up a cig. that I was blowing smoke in Jesus* face.....and all that did was add more guilt and depression to an already self loathing opinion of myself.

I Don't Smoke At All!!! Well, Maybe If You Place Me Inside A Microwave Or Something. But That's A Nasty Habit!! I Wouldn't Want My Girl To Smoke Either. She Could Be As Fine As Jessica Alba Or Carolyn Savage, But If She Smoked, I Wouldn't Even Look At Her!!! I'm Serious!!!!!!

yes i do and i've heard all the lectures but i'm 40 years old and will smoke if i want. i happen to enjoy it. in fact when my daughter was in the hospital every time i went out to smoke the nurses or dr. one was always out there smoking too.

i have no clue. i dont though. but i think no one should smoke because dont you want to see your kids grow up?
dont u wanna live to see the day your kid has a son or daughter?
