I would guess Mika... because I don't think I have ever heard his/her voice... Dylan is too iconic to have an annoying voice, just like Neil Young, Tom Petty, Willie Nelson, Tony Bennett... none of them have great voices, but it's their style and they are amazing artists... John Mayer may not have a great voice, but apparently his is starting to be considered one of the new generation of guitar gods... so my personal verdict on him is still out.
Oh YEAH! I definitely agree with cc64, Axel Rose does have the most annoying voice ever... I like a few G'N'R songs, but his singing is so bad, I mean it really sucks... he's an idiot.

None of the above. The lead singer from Coheed and Cambria, That's the most annoying sound I've ever heard.

I gotta go with Bob Dylan. Wonderful songwriter, lousy singer. Everyone else sang his songs much better than he did/does.

I've been around for a long time, and I've never cared for Bob Dillan. Sorry to all who love him. I just didn't get it. And the other two, I really don't know who they are.
