This accordian has the piano keys on it and on the other side 120 buttons. Where the piano keys are it has four push buttons that say Master, Clarinet, Bassoon, and Master. The Corona emblem is a semi triangle that has gold, red, and black coloring. The only other markings I have found is a panel that I can take off of the front and one piece of metal has Brevettato stamped on it.

You'd have to give details that would allow people to estimate its age and condition, and where it says "Italy" on it. . The only Corona's I have ever seen are made by Hohner, and aren't those made in Germany? Antique accordions bring anywhere from $50.00 to $599.00 on Ebay, but none of the recent ones have Corona on them.
