If the boy's parents are not aware of his wants, you could clue them in. There haven't been too
many 16 year olds in the majors. Or for that, even
the minors. Is he good? I am sure his high
school would want him to finish. He could probably
get a scholarship to college. His chances of getting to the Bigs, is slim. That is where the money is. A college education is gold.

well help him out. encourage him. if he doesnt have a fahter figure, be one. be his inspiration. be there whenever he needs you. find scholaships for him to go to a great college and get drafted.
