So I avoided his calls. Now what? Would the car be towed by now? I think this was at least 2 weeks ago that he fixed it.

look he just wants his money. set up some kind of payment plan so he knows u are acting in good faith. u have already pissed him off by avoiding his calls. if u do not start to pay him something, he can sell your car and put a lien on the vehicle to get reimbursed. set up a contract that he will get so much money for so long until he releases your car. if you continue doing nothing, we will see you on judge judy.

Being a chicken never helped anyone. Call him or he can charge you storage fees, or put a lein on the car.Some places have after 90 days thing to where they can sell the car for whats owed or sell it for parts.Better give him a call.Be an adult.

Ignoring ones problems is never a good idea. You need to call them and see. Pay your bill, which may include a storage fee at this point.

call your mechanic and tell him the truth, mechanics are people too, he will understand, you just wont get your car untill you pay him
