I love Pink Floyd's Piper at the Gates of Dawn but King's Crimson is also good.

Released in 1964 (in Mono) as 'The Kinks', it was released in the U.S. as 'You Really Got Me', and featured the title track - which was also covered by Van Halen on their debut album.

probably...zeppelin 1( which, if im not mistaken, overshadowed yess debut album...i believe they were released at the same time) hendrix debut was pretty awesome too.
