yes cause techniqually you're still afraid of something even if it's fear itself. But honestly I think everyone's afraid of that cause when people fear something like let's say spiders they are thinking of that fear all the time and it starts to become less of the problem with the fear of spiders and more of the problem with the fear of thinking about it. I know it all sounds confusing but if you really fear something your mind is only tricking you into literally just fearing the thought of it.

I suspect you missed the whole point of the cliche... Nothing to fear but fear itself. Since you already know fearing fear then whats with the question?
