Well, given those two choices only, the answer has to be boy. I mean, they still call High School basketball Boys Basketball, lol. I just don't like the word for young people that age for some reason, it doesn't seem accurate.

At 15 most males are considered boys. There are a few that are forced into becoming men early (and I don't mean by having sex or a baby).

well once a boy hits 13 he becomes a teenager, an adolescent. once he is 18 he is considered by law a man.
but peronsally if he acts like hes 2 when hes 20 he is a boy

becoming a man isn't about age it's more about responsibility and having the sense to work things out so that you don't harm or offend people throw your actions .you suddenly have the sense to see things more clearly.but you never loose that boyish qualities of playing tricks and setting up pranks just for a laugh .i think females mature much faster than males and usually have the better sense a lot earlier than the male.c yeah h.a.n.d.

It depends on how he acts. Is he mature and makes smart adult decisions, or is he a party animal teen that can't decide from what's right or wrong?

It's all different with everyone. Usually teens don't really turn into an adult or at least act like one until after they finish college.

Still a boy, I think that 20 year old males are still boys also.

most keep the maturity of a boy until their late 20's, even at 18, most are still boys, they sure dont act like men.

15 is very much a boy, and most wont be men until they are taking care of a family, or holding down a job, and staying out of trouble, so no 15 is a boy......sorry you had to hear it this way. :{)

Well...he isn't a man until he acts like one. If he takes responsibility like a mature adult, then yes, he is a man. Technically speaking, he would be a teen (in the middle of the two.)
