Would you ever be friends with another guy that was ugly and had to wear a diaper? If so, would you take him to clubs and other public places?

If you are really his friend, you won't care what other people think. If they judge, they're not worth knowing anyway. It sounds like you'd be doing a nice, respectable thing... and us chicks dig a guy with confidence, maturity, and compassion.

Yeah. I like clever people who are quick with a quip. I like musicians with whom I can enjoy playing. Also people with similar tastes in food, beer, wine, literature, drama--stuff like that. I also like people who can laugh at their own foibles.
I don't like mean-spiritedness (especially in myself!) and I am more than a little impatient with grumpiness, and I won't hang out with people who are hateful or violent in any way.
A friend is not a lover--I would never date a smoker, for example, but will hang out with them as long as I can also breathe relatively clean air. "Ugly" people with medical problems can still be very good company.

what difference does all this make as if he has great personality and you and he are friends then it shouldn't make any difference.
