what is the point of killing each other?
I mean... there are some horrible diseases which cause many people's deaths, but why do people want to kill those who are innocent? Is the reason money?

Wars happen over greed and need for natural resources. Every war we have been in for the past decades have been over economics.

Wars also happen over threat, one country having a bigger gun which means a bigger threat so the other country wants a big gun also so the country with the big gun dosent want the other country to be as strong so they put sanctions on the country. Does that make any sense? This is a crazy world. We can't even comminucate with a lot of the countries because they are thinking religion and other things and we just don't understand them. I wonder why they don't understand us. It's crazy

If someone on YA! comes up with the definitive answer to this question then we should elect them our next king/queen of the world and have them promote world peace.

Wars start for many different reasons. Most recently the Iraq war has been said to be over money and oil...I still don't know the true reason we are fighting over there. There have been wars over women, land, megalomania, religion, differences in beliefs, if you can start a fight over it I am pretty sure there has been some sort of war over it. I guess there is war because we haven't learned to peacefully disagree and settle our problems.

It is just politics. We as humans tend to run in clicks. Groups of people that are different from the others. We tend to find reasons to dislike others. It is in our nature. We dislike things we do not understand. The Governments are a little differnt though, they dislike anyone that either threatens us because they dislike our beliefs or they dislike them because they can not control them. It is just politics and nothing more. I'm sure that in the begining that we were thinking we were fighting for a just cause. But the truth is that our soldiers were fighting other soldiers just like themselves. They had no problems with each other except our governments told us they were the enemy and it is killed or be killed. I think that the governments should do the fighting. I bet issues would be resolved faster and with fewer casualties.

People want what others have, they have never learned to accept what they have and share with others. Money, Oil, power all reasons for the destruction of other peoples.

ok cause this... make a 20$ note and put it to goods make 3 coins and put it to services
3c tax means 3 days in jail / school / hospital/ fire
add interest to saving that wont be touched "but distributed to say ssi if save it instead of spend to go to school growth can be added " when cents = a note = day of war
when them 3c tax is generated to = 20$ and 3c times up

yes. Although religion and necessity may contribute, the main factor is cold hard cash. That's why America should reinstate the draft. No one will try to stop the war until the rich have their sons/daughters getting killed.

because one country has something another country wants. not just oil but land, women, natural resources, water, etc.

Don't forget also that wars are fought and the young men are sent to battle which in a sense could be considered a form of birth control
