Where can I buy a helium tank?

hahahhah thats funny stuff.
actually, helium doesn't make your voice go deep. it makes your voice go very high like mickey mouse.
If you want your voice to go very deep, you will have to grow some testostorone instead, or get an electronic voice modulator. Darth Vader didn't use helium, he just had a deep voice, but i'd imagine that he wouldn't have quite the same effect saying luke i am your father in a high pitch squeeky voice.

Untie a helium balloon and inhale its contents. But this makes your voice really high-pitched--not deep like you said. Also, I've heard that doing this too often can harm your brain so I would advise against it.

Not deep, high and quacky. And you don't need a tank. Carefully untight the knot of a helium balloon and inhale it. Just make sure to take at least 10 regular breaths between Donald Duck breath's, or you'll get dizzy and maybe pass out.
