I'm not a huge fan of Clinton, but I despise Dubya. Clinton's sexcapades are neither here nor there to me; they don't belong in the public domain and never had an impact on my life in any way, shape, or form. This war in Iraq, on the other hand, makes me angry to put it very mildly. Iraq had no WMD's, no credible connection to 9/11, posed no threat to us, and we're basically refereeing a bloody civil war with absolutely no end or relief in sight. What's more, most of the world advised against it, to which this administration reacted with typical macho bravado. As if the loss of life and strained international relations weren't depressing enough, this war is also very expensive in financial terms.

Ok Clinton lied once and then admitted his mistake and lost his presidency for it. How many times has Bush lied again? I have lost count.

This is a tough one. Clinton appointed worse Supreme Court (and other) judges to the bench. He involved the U.S. in a war that had no significant U.S. interests, and he kissed up to the UN. He also refused to place a ban on partial-birth abortions.
Bush has ruined his party, losing the House and Senate because of incompetent leadership, and because of his utter unwillingness to admit he was wrong about Iraq (or anything else). He has also shot the deficit through the roof, and won't do anything about the borders.
Both are terrible presidents. Bush has gotten away with things that Clinton couldn't do, and vice versa. Let's just hope that the next president moves the country in the right direction.

well, it was proven that Clinton was a liar with no integrity and that has yet to be proven with Bush so the answer to your misguided question is Clinton.

They both had different strengths and weaknesses. For example, Clinton balanced the budget, but lacked morals. Bush has a very strong moral conviction, but hasn't necessarily made the best decisions regarding foreign policy and immigration.
How can we cast stones at either one of them when we haven't walked in their shoes?

Clinton for deferring the responsibility for so much upon the next administration.
Where did his time go, anyway?
I know he spent a lot of time during his presidency chasing skirt and battling an untold and unprecedented number of scandals. I know he spent another large portion of his time figuring out ways he could personally profit from his position. I know a lot of his time went to fighting with Hillary.
But, what did he do with the rest of his time? and why do I get this mental image of him sitting at this desk and obsessively using marbles and Matchbox cars to form perfectly straight lines throughout the rest of his time in the Oval Office?

easy answer Taxes are lower, 18% increase in tax revenue, sine the tax cut interest rates lower than ever, more people own their own home especially minorities, more people employed, More small bussiness opened then ever Crime is lower stock market is through the roof under Bush
Clinton can say he had a surplus of tax money and he did but it drove us into a recession with his tax increases he cut our Intel budget making us less safe we had 4 terrorist attacks under Clinton with no I repeat No federal response leaving the door open for Bin Laden to do more of his work lets see Bad economy record number of bankruptcies cuts to our defense attacks on Haiti, Somalia which ended in disaster depleting our Cruise missile supply on Bosnia( incidentally what national threat did they pose to us?) I would say Clinton second only to LBJ
