Might want to be careful. I took Heavenly Hash to a party full of devil worshipers once, all hell broke loose.

No, too basic. what you need is something the church ladies will not be able to resist. With a more complex dish they will admire your kitchen abilities and realize that you care about your fellow church members. How about (drum roll please....) a TRIFLE FRUIT SALAD! It's delicious, easy and looks like like you put more time in than you actually did!! How bout that!

Here it is:

Trifle Fruit Salad recipe
Salad:
2 small cans mandarin oranges
3-4 bananas, sliced
1 to 1 1/2 quarts strawberries
1 (15 ounce) can pineapple chunks
4-5 kiwi, sliced

Using a trifle bowl, layer fruits, starting with oranges. Add bananas, then pineapple. Slice strawberries over pineapple. Cover with topping and place kiwi on top.

Topping:
1 1/4 cups milk or fruit juice
1 (3 3/4 ounce) box instant pudding mix
1/2 cup sour cream
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained (optional)

In a medium bowl, combine milk or juice and sour cream; blend well. Add pudding mix, beating until well blended. Stir in crushed pineapple, if desired. Spoon pudding mixture over fruit within 1 inch of the edge. Cover and refrigerate for several hours to blend flavors.

Hope this helps! :)

hahahaha thats funny. I think deviled eggs are just called that because the yellows are supposed to be sort of spicey. I think I'd just find another church if using a vacuum is such a big deal.

XD They're a little extreme if they freak out over a dirt devil. But go ahead and bring it. Just don't say what's it called.

Devilled eggs are made with mayonaise; so you need to keep them out of direct sunlight and a possibly have ice cubes surrounding the dish it is in so nobody gets food poisoning.
p.s. devilled eggs means to season highly.

Of course, everyone loves deviled eggs! They are my favorite and sometimes messy to make! Just make sure they are chilled and not stored in a car or anything to warm! That would just not be good!

If you want to be real daring, bring some deviled ham sandwiches and some deviled crab cakes. Then serve devil's food cake and see if they drum you out of the church.

LOL best question for a long time. If it was me I'd definately take a recording of It's that old devil moon. Better still I'd sing it myself, that will really freak them out.
