How do i see what other users on a (speedtouch) wireless router are doing?

I am the admin (owner) of the router, sometimes i let others use it for internet browsing, is there any chance i could see what websites they visit? (this is just to check because i don't want them downloading files on my connection...) The router is SpeedTouch 780WL, so i would prefer something specific rather than a general answer which is no use to me...

If you were controlling your internet connection through a server instead of a router you could do this....
