Due to being outgoing and self- confident, she is one of the leaders of her class and since she is so hard working and energetic, she can do both; to work and to study. Sometimes she behaves stubbornly and seems to be very temperamental yet she is sociable and kind.
Although we have totally different personalities, yet we can share a good time together and tell our problems to the other.

5th line no comma between confident and she
6th line maybe change it to "...hardworking and energetic that she can both work and study."
8th line miss out the comma and the word yet and change to we can still share a god time together...
last line should be and tell our problems to each other.
