I forget to breathe sometimes, its hard to breathe. Maybe because I wear my bra to sleep too, everyday? (But right now I'm only wearing a shirt, its still hard to breathe.)

My stomach always feels like I'm about to vomit but I never do - I also always feel light-headed and when I went to the doctor(quite a many times), they said nothing was wrong with me.

Maybe I'm lacking vitamins or nutrients, but I eat fruits everyday and take vitamins everyday.

My breathing feels like I'm under a heavy blanket with the heater up really really high. No, I don't have a stuffy nose.

Did your doctor check your heart? Sometimes heart problems manifest as breathing difficulty and nausea, especially in women. A lot of doctors don't bother checking, either, if the primary complaint isn't chest pain.
They'll just check your lungs and stomach out and leave it at that.
Or, you may be having mild panic attacks. Anxiety can cause the same symptoms.
I'd go get checked out by a different doctor.

It sounds to me as if you are hyperventilating without realizing it. It is possible to breathe just a little too fast, and you can get these symptoms without realizing why. The problem is, when you breathe too fast, you expel too much carbon dioxide. You can't really get too much oxygen, since the blood usually carries oxygen at full capacity. But if you expel too much carbon dioxide, it upsets the ph balance of your blood, which produces any number of odd symptoms. (The doctor could test the ph balance of your blood, but it would only be worthwhile to test it when you are having symptoms; otherwise it will be normal.)
You can test this hypothesis by blowing up a paper bag, then re-breathe the air in the bag without breathing any fresh air, for as long as you can stand it. If you feel better afterward, you have your answer.
Now there are exercises you can do to improve your breathing habits, if this turns out to be the problem.

You seem to have some bronchial problems.
If its difficult to inhale as well as exhale ....it might be pulmonary or some lung problem.

Exercise regularly. Do swimming ......its really good for breathing problems.

But rather than asking opinion here......please see a good doctor.

all you need is sport, go running or swimming these two sports help really to forget about breathing, it might take a while till you get results, keep trying them if they dont help they will not hurt either.
