Do you think Jack's flash forward can change, like Desmond's did? I remember him saying that if one thing changes, then the whole outcome will change too. Does anyone else think that that's what is going to happen? I really don't want to see Jack like that after he gets off the island...

I actually think that there is a whole Space-Time thing going on here and there may be more then one "Jack" .

We actually all ready 'know' that there is more then one of each of the '815'ers. How do we know this? Naomi tells them that the plane has been found underwater and that they have identified though robot cameras the bodies.

Now Naomi has no reason to lie to the 815 ers even if she was not sent by Penny, she is there to oppose the others, she seems surprised that the 815 people are on the island. (Desmond does not count he was not on the plane).

So there are at all ready at least Two "Jacks" two "Kates" and so on.

What if flash forward "Jack" is yet another Jack/ His job is to figure a way not only to go back to the island but to back in time and prevent "Island" Jack from ever making the phone call to Naomi's ship.

Yes I think it can change; if they do things on the island differently.

I read (from an interview with the producers) that from now on Lost is going to be doing future flashes as well as flashbacks. So it'll be interesting to see just how Jack got on that ledge; or how the future changes as they do things differently on the island.

All I know is the season finale was the best 2 hours of Lost ever.

I guess it can change. What I want to know is, if that was a flash forward, why isn't Kate in prison?

I wonder if that was just supposed to be Jack imagining what life will be like after the island if he is wrong about his decisions. He does struggle with doubt and does not like being in charge. I also don't remember Kate telling him she is a fugitive. Did she tell him?

I hope so!! I can't believe everything is going to end up that desperate for Jack. You can't rope us into 3 more years of the show to it end like that...
