Young Yemi grows up and goes on the plane that crashes on the island with all the heroin.
Locke is confronting Jack because if Jack answers the phone they will all be "rescued". Locke and Ben don't want that to happen since the island is very special to them are leaving it would devastate everything. Plus, you don't want an outside group coming in and find out just how special this island really is (hence why Ben wanted to keep it a secret)
Locke was able to walk again on the island, I doubt he wants to go back home and be a cripple once more.
Of course, Jack regrets that decision and wants to go back, seeing as how his life is in the shitter after leaving the island.
It's still the best season finale I've ever seen. It's like "Who Shot J.R.?" of the 21st Century :)

Jack and Locke have been butting heads ever since they found the hatch. Jack wants to get off the island desperately, but Locke doesn't want to leave because he's scared that he won't be able to walk again.
And as for what's going to happen in the fourth season, it's a mystery. You'll just have to wait until February...

Yemi died when the plane crash landed on the island.
Jack and Locke do not hate each other, they just have different ideas of what their purpose on the island is and what to do about it.
Who knows. We shall see!
Apparently according to the Season finale they do, considering Jack's flash back was actually a flash forward.

Oh........... no please! I am Lost fan & the show seems to go in a cirlce etc. I watch the latest show but I'm puzzled & confuss, cause when the others a trying to get off the island........ one of the idiot tries to make them stay ....... back.

no still they didnt get of the island but they find an army in this island and they kiddnap them and start watching it to know what is next .........
