if the moon got closer from the Earth, and if it gets far away from Earth? please help ... its for an important research!!!

It depends on what you mean by close or far? The tides would be impacted, for sure!
By the way the moons orbit is not a perfect circle so at times the moon is slightly farther form the earth and at times slightly closer to the earth.

if the moon gets far away from the earth the ocean will be still if it was close their will be strong waves

The moon is not going to change cloister or farther away . Everything is in balance and it will take a lot of force to change it.
